Bank was looking for a replacement for its old mobile banking system, which was old-dated and did not meet the latest requirements. It was required to implement a new mobile banking system, which would support several channels and achieve a quick and qualitative integration with ABS and plastic processing.
On the basis of Mobile Gateway multi-channel solution of remote bank servicing has been deployed. It supported SMS, USSD, WAP channels.
The integration with ABC Finacle and with Way4 plastic card processing systems have been delivered.
As a resul of the project, mobile banking service was launched. With that service, SMS, USSD, WAP channels were set up for the bank's end-users and agents. The integration with 12 mobile communication operators was completed. Functional mass distribution of messages to the subscribers, identification of the operator by the telephone number and many other functionalities have been added. Bank confiremd its client-oriented approach and reputatioo for high-tech innovations.
